  • Orders cannot be modified once placed

  • We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD in select areas)

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including product availability or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within 2–4 business days

  • Delivery timelines may vary by location (typically 4–7 days)

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen events

Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We offer return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Only items received damaged, defective, or incorrect are eligible

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

Note: We do not offer returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind or personal dislike after use.

7. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued within 5–7 business days
