    • 🧾 ₹49 shipping fee on orders below ₹499

    • 💵 Cash on Delivery (COD) available with an additional ₹50 COD fee

  • Processing Time:

    • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

  • Delivery Timeline:

    • Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

    • Remote areas may require additional time.

  • Delivery Partners:
    We ship using reliable courier services like Delhivery, Shiprocket, Blue Dart, Ekart, and India Post.

  • Shipping Countries:
    We currently ship to major countries including USA, Canada, UK, Australia, UAE, and many more.

  • Shipping Charges:
    International shipping charges are calculated based on weight and destination at checkout.

  • Customs & Import Duties:

    • Customers are responsible for any custom duties or import taxes levied by their country.

    • These are not included in our product or shipping charges.

  • Delivery Timeline:

    • Orders are delivered within 8–15 working days, depending on location and customs clearance.

  • Tracking:
    All international orders are fully trackable, and tracking details are shared via email once the order is shipped.

❌ Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address or refusal to accept, the package will be returned to us.

  • Re-shipping will be done at an additional shipping cost borne by the customer.
